By continuing to use this application, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be updated by us at any time. Once the updated clauses are published, they will replace the original ones, and no further notice will be given. Users can check the latest version of the Agreement clauses in the MBeat application. After we modify the Agreement clauses, if you do not accept the modified clauses, please immediately stop using the services we provide. Your continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

The specific content of this service is provided by us based on actual circumstances, which may include various tools, content, etc. We may change the services we provide, and the content of the services we offer may be updated at any time.

2. Protection of User's Personal Information

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third parties.

Under the following specific circumstances, we may share your information:

• Compliance with laws and regulations: Disclosure in accordance with legal, regulatory requirements, litigation procedures, or mandatory requests from government agencies.

We will collect information generated during the operation of the App for App debugging and bug fixing.

You understand and agree that, due to the needs of business development, we reserve the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate, or revoke all or part of the service content of this service, and you shall bear such risks.

6. Miscellaneous

1. We solemnly remind you to pay attention to the clauses in this Agreement that exempt our liabilities and limit your rights. Please read them carefully and independently assess the risks.

2. The validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute or controversy arising between you and us shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where we are domiciled.

3. If any clause of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

4. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the clauses listed in this Agreement signed between you and us may not fully enumerate and cover all the rights and obligations between you and MBeat, and the existing agreements may not fully meet the needs of future development. Therefore, MBeat's Privacy Policy, MBeat Platform Code of Conduct, etc., are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. By using MBeat's platform services, you are deemed to agree to the above supplementary agreements.
